It is statutory rape in most states, I think he should go to jail. No one has to "press charges" - its a crime against the state and I assume he has bought his way out of prosecution. This is seriously degenerate on the part of the prosecutors in California or Louisiana or wherever it happened.

Because the age of constent in some states is 16, and if that is the case then no law has been broken. Why doesn't everyone get over it. She is probably tired of all the attention that her sister is getting and figured the only way she was going to get some was to become a bigger wh*re than her sister. There mother should be proud of the trash that she produced

At 16 you are legally allowed to have sex, so why would he be prosecuted? She wasn't underage, or raped.
