Never ever cry at work unless you are in the bathroom alone. It's awful.

When you are singing in the choir during one of those beautiful hymns and your throat gets tight and your eyes mist up so's you can't even see what you're supposed to be singing so you say to yourself 'oh well' and start bawling with tears running and you're sniffling and choking and the audience goes 'how sweet'. That's when.

For me personally, I wouldn't cry in public. I would be so embarrassed, but everyone is different.
