Heat the nut with a torch. The nut will expand and not be so tight. A longer handle wrench will give more torque. Hope this helps.

You can increase the torque of the wrench or heat the nut and then pour cold water on the nut, the shock of the temperature changes will loosen the bond on the threads of the bolt.

Either you increase the force applied
or
Increase the handle of the wrench and apply the force to the end of a longer wrench.

The longer the handle of the wrench the more leverage you have.

Letting oil seep into the nut may help.
