Starting salaries for Finance specialists are generally quite high, though the number depends greatly on what sort of business you work for, how much experience you’ve had, and how talented you are. A reasonable estimate for a starting salary is around $60,000 or higher. You should go for an MBA in finance. It's only two extra years and your potential salary will be higher.
