I remember when I was 10 my mum passed away. A few months later at school I was having an argument with someone, it was a minor thing and he said "I'm so glad your mums dead". I was sad for weeks and never really got over it. The mother found out and she didn't do anything about it. Still, at least I learnt that words can go a lot further than we think.

My mom didn't support me when I told her I was pregnant and talked me into having an abortion, even though she knew it wasn't what I wanted to do. I was young and naive and was out to make everyone else happy before me. I still hold animosity towards her for saying "I think it's best that you get an abortion"

In junior high this guy kept calling me "John Candy" because, like the actor, I was overweight. That really helped my already low self esteem, let me tell you.

and htis was coming from a girl who I trusted ALL my secrets with (even 2 that could seriously RUIN MY LIFE) and who i had just offered to hide her weed in my locker so that she wouldnt get in trouble.

Yeah it's funny when people say sticks and stones break your bones, words can't ever hurt me. OMG words can hurt so much more and they leave longer lasting scars!
