Buy a new chair, put a pillow underneath, get you little sister to lye down on it, then sit on her (dont know if that would be comfier, but it would be a great way to annoy her!!), Move the pc closer to your bed or couch, and then use it there, dont sit on the chair at all, invest in a bean bag, invest in a human chair (someone you pay to sit on)!!
See, like your "tv volume question" there are alot of options you have!!
