What should I get my 16 years old friends at High School for Christmas?? Can you give me ideas of something inexpensive and cute?

You could make them a picture album or just put a picture of you and them in a frame and give it to them. That way its a cheap present and it shows you put thought into it.

If they are girls i got my group of friends a gift bag of little things and each bag has a victoria's secret lip gloss in it.
