Tough one. It seems to change from week to week. There are different moods and themes that correspond to the different albums.
I'd say that OK Computer is probably the most common answer to that question. I liked it a little more admittedly when they were just a weird, techy rock band.
I like the fallish vibe of the Kid A and Amnesiac records. I think Amnesiac is a little hit and miss though. Kid A has the flaw of needing to be listened to all in one sitting, but it's one hell of a sitting. I do think In Limbo is an incredibly underapreciated track.
Now that I'm working all of this out in my head I think OK Computer is a solid answer.
I also like Hail to the Thief a lot for being kind of a retrospective. A mixture of the vibes of all of the prior records (Pablo Honey ommited) to wrap into a nice package. I think that is a really underrated record.
I've only gotten all the way through Eraser once. I need to give it another shot, but I really was kind of disappointed. It just didn't really move me, but like I said I think I need to give it another chance.

KID A because it's just amazing and so different from anything I've ever heard. No, I don't have Thom Yorke's solo album.

The Bends is my favorite because it rocks and is full of emotion and empowerment.
Ok Computer has emotion too except it is about vulnerability.
Kid A - when I want geeky, electronic side.
Hail to the Thief - gets better everytime I listen to it. It could turn out to be the most enjoyable to listen to, eventually.
