Shout Ultra Gel. Its about 4 bucks and it comes in a smaller bottle with an orange scrubber on the top. I've had similar problems and it works!!! Even on clothes that have been washed before. I've been surprised at the type of stains is really does get out

As for the baked on stains, I can't help you there. sorry

Shout makes a number of great products and I've used the spray on set in stains successfully.

Try oven cleaner on the biscuit pan.

For the melted butter, I'd recommend Orange Power or something similar. It removes washed in bacon grease!
For the biscuit pan, if it's not a teflon-coated one, a brillo pad and elbow grease would work rather well.

Water and oil don't mix. Try a spray stain remover ~like "shout it out."
for the baked on stains, have you tried baking soda paste or ajax paste?!

Spray 'N Wash works well with grease stains if you have not run it through the dryer yet.
