I'm having pain in my lower back? i'm on the depo?

I just started spotting this week and also have back pain on my lower left side, is it menstrual pain? i feel fine and nothing else is wrong and i have spotted before on the depo but i just want to know if the back pain is related?

Yes, this could be symptoms of your body trying to have a cycle although being on the Depo-Provera.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
