i really liked part of an answer , but -omg- some of the rest if it....
so i only Put Out a 3 rating.
now i feel like a terrible person.

Perhaps if we all did that a five star rating would mean something. I never look at that aspect. I look for the thumbs up and the comment.

No. The person who gets best answer should be glad they got it at all--even if it only has one star. If you aren't satisfied with your answers, don't feel compelled to give them 5 star ratings :)
