I dont get that. The only thing keepin me alive is the fact that im not weak and kno that highschool is just 1 shitty part of my life.

your body is made of energy and when you die your energy is recycled into something else which some people refer to as a spirit so even when you aren't alive your spirit (your energy) live on, you just always remember you are alive in spirit if not physically.

In my opinion, it means you are too focused on yourself in your mind and you would benefit by volunteering to help those who are less fortunate than you are which will help you to feel better about yourself plus learn to be more appreciative of your life and able to be greatful for your life.
