If she's a whore then she deserves to be in jail if someone can plead his case that she seduced him she is old enough to go to jail for a little bit or for him to even get dropped from his case!

Where is LA? If you are talking about Louisiana the age of consent is 17. If you are talking about Los Angeles the age of consent in California is 18.

well, technically yes he can go to jail because he is technically an adult. the legal age of consent is 17....period! even if she is a hor...she is considered a minor and is is considered illegal for an underage person to have sex...i just had a sex ed class and learned all about this crap...it doesnt seem fair sometimes but it is what it is...

I don't know about LA I know here in Missouri you can give permission at 16 under 16 parents can press charges but at 16 the girl has to press the charges.
