My best friend just got her car out of the repair shop. It had been sitting in her mothers garage for the past nine monts cause she had to save up money to get a motor. since she would not be driving for a while she had the insurance taken off. it was repaired yesterday and she was going to get insurance today. She got a ticket yesterday for speeding which said warning and the no proof of insurance was marked warning. she is scared she will get a big fine if she does not have it to bring in. What will they do if the no proof of insurance says warning,

Also her proof registration she found after the officer left. He marked waived on that I told her my husband got a speeding ticket and it said warning, he took it in and did not get fined. The box where it says no proof of insurance is marked warning, not waiver and not citation

The lack of insurance was a warning. If she was given no dates, it looks like it was a warning ticket on all charges. So she should go get insurance so when she is speeding and hits someone, they are covered.

She was driving without insurance. You aren't clear if this was a speeding ticket or just a warning; call the sheriff's office and ask them. GET THE INSURANCE BACK ON NOW!
