in other words people that are nice to your face and then stab you in the back. or people that are just plain mean to your face?

i dunno. either way, you are stabbed. have had it both ways. always somebody when you least expect it. sometimes you don't know what is going on until it is to late. after the fact, and after the damage has been done. the main thing i learned is don't let on if you know it and don't let them manipulate you into trouble. that is the first step. build your own little network to defend yourself.
unfortunately most managers listen to sob's and their friends. i have been through it, friends.

Front Stabbers, then I know where it's coming from and can protect myself or try and understand. If an azz kissing backstabber has made a joke out of me, I do not suffer fools gladly nor do I trust them again.

well if its a back stabber and you find out you can be like you ***** your a back stabber blah blah . but if you didn't find out then people would be laughing behind your back. And with front stabbers you can shout and have ago back as well and you know what there saying is true because it's coming from there fat little gobs soooo front stabbers

I prefer neither..but between the two front stabbers are better because then you don't have to assume anything. Nothing's worse than knowing that your friend is talking trash about you behind your back.

I kno that this may seem wierd! But I prefer backstabbers... They can be nice to my face and we can get along! But I dont really care what people say behind my back because I dont have to deal with it!

I prefer front stabbers, they are easier to keep tabs on. Plus you know what to expect.
