I don't think u are ugly at all. You are more prettier than what u give yourself credit for. You will get a b/f in due time. It will happen before u know it.

you aren't ugly.
but you teeth are a bit yellow, but you just need to get whitening toothpaste and brush and floss regularly.
i haven't ever had a bf, so many ppl i'm friends with have had one. and it's not how u look, guys can be shallow sometimes, and only want the perfect ones.
kinda reminds me of this quote

Your not ugly. How old are you anyway? You'll have a boyfriend eventually. Believe it or not, guys aren't interested in just looks. Be yourself and it will happen when the time it right. Don't let American culture dictate how you feel about yourself. Your self worth isn't based on what MTV, Hollywood, or the like says is attractive, desirable or sexy.

You are not ugly! If you want to like "improve" you could try waering some light pink lipgloss and some eyeshadow and mascara, you could also try doing your hair in different ways... but you really don't need that much.
