If this is for real, then you are the biggest loser in the world and I hope she cuts them off! If this is some kind of fake out, then you are STILL a loser for pretending to be cheating.

For every action, there is a payoff, something you gain (or think you do) from it. Most people who practice infidelity in a serial way and escape through chemicals are searching for something, numbing something, self medicating some underlying issue. I'm sorry, but there's no easy answer to your question. And "self control" is not the whole story. You could stop yourself from doing things that make you loathe your own skin, but that wouldn't address the underlying problem, and no one could tell you what that might be. People are just more complicated than a one click fix. Even if we could tell you the exact reasons why you do what you do, "why" doesn't change anything. Work on the flaws one at a time. Come clean with your girlfriend. See someone about the drugs. You might start by confiding in someone mature, whose life you respect, someone you might like to be like. The first step is always admitting there is something wrong. Trust someone. Be honest. Accept what help they may offer.

Yes. I also feel sorry for your girlfriend. Why would you do that to her? Do you feel she deserves this treatment? You are just belitting and taking advantage, that's not right. But let me ask you this. What if you thought she cheated on you and then she blew up in your face and made you feel like a total heel for asking. I'll bet you she knows you cheated. Women just know these things. Please stop cheating or do her the courtesy of breaking up with her. I mean really, if you feel you need to cheat, then she isn't the one for you anyway, let her go.

Thats the worst thing you could do to a loved one. And if you feel the need to cheat then let her go and be single. Its not fair to her to be hurt and treated like that. You don;t deserve to be happy. Why even be with her? Seriously, your a horrible guy. And this will all come back to you one day!
