Something deleted my mailbox including all flagged items. The stuff isn't in the trash or recycling and my address book is missing from The R's down. I have lost stuff I can't replace and I am just a little frantic.
Thanks in advance for your help. I can't afford the geek squad.

Well, one thing I know might work. Try "system restore" and restore your computer to one day before. Everything should come back without anything from today. If you do not know how to do it, email me and I will walk you through the process.

Restoring the system should regain the information as the others have said. I had a problem with a virus and could not restore my system to an early enough date. I had to have it wiped and restored, losing much information.
I would be concerned about what caused the deletion and if it could happen again.
If you click on My Computer, click the search icon and the little dog appears with a list of possible search options, there is one for help. Try there for system restore info. Good luck!

Click on your control panel and look for where it says restart your computer from an earlier time be careful not to go back too many days between 1/3 is a good bet ! It happenend to me too and I freaked out for days until I got help. Hope it too works for you stop panicing o.k.
