Yes, you are wrong.
And furthermore, you'd be well-advised not to "prance" anywhere if you plan to be inconspicuous. Particularly if you're referring to America's southern border.

No, but be careful.
Many of these "little ants" are armed to the teeth, and are even more above the law than our Border Patrol.
When you travel to some 3rd world countries, you realize how lucky you are to have been born in America!
