Have you ever done anything you regret? Or done something you think was "inhumane" ?You could could probably base the story on that. Or, you can make one up.

Giving idea without knowing the complete song won't be an idea. Any how from the words you have written, I think, you can compose a story like this. The animal you have become a beautiful man and doing all sorts adventures to save you from all sorts of trouble. Some of your college mates are criticising you often for not having a lover. No male student tried to get your love and ignored even to talk. Under this circumstances this change of your animal stops you at the height of the lovers' list and make even your friends to feel jealousy about you. The man (animal) teaching everyone (including you) a good lesson and after arranging a good man as your husband changes back to his animal form and continue to live with you or disappear.

my idea would be to write a story about a girl in love with a soldier in the war in iraq.it could become very realistic, but not to the point of grossness. the song is called 'travelling soldier' and i dont know who its by, but the dixie chicks redid it
one you could do is something about living on a yellow submarine (we all live ina yellow submarine by the beatles)
another is about a bunch of rebel school kids based on holiday by green day
if i think of others ill let u know
