You can't plan anything . Whichever sperm collides with the egg is probably a pure accident (despite a chemical attraction) .Therefore everyone is 100% accident by this definition.

There might be many reasons to consider something an accident however birth does not classify as an accident. Now the prevention of conception can be a result of accident.

It depends on your definition of accident; If you merely mean a child resulting from sex where the couple were not intentionally trying to have a child, probably rather high...

My Aunt always told me that accidents were bad things and that babies are good things so they are merely "surprises" not "accidents". I'm sure that the percentage is high on "surprise" pregnancies!
