Its winter and gross out. All my neighbors use rock salt on their sidewalks so my pants have salt stains along the bottom. How do I get rid of these awful stains?

I wear black dress pants to work everyday, and they use rock salt here. So everyday I go home and have those stains at the bottom of my pants, mine always come out after I wash them with regular detergent.
