How much do you think a house with 3,300 square feet, pool, 4 bedrooms, garage for 4 cars and in a good neighborhood should cost?
The house is not new, but very well maintained. I know its a very vague question, but what would be your best guess?

That totally depends where it is. There is no one answer. In my neighborhood, I would say about $1 Million + but across town in what many would call good neighborhoods, a house like that might be $300K less.

2 identical houses even 10 miles apart can cost completely different amounts.
