1. Bomb w/ roach bomb - Hot Shot brand is good. Get a couple to do whole house. LEAVE the house when you do - roaches will come streaming out under the doors.

2. Clean everything, like you're doing.

3. Get Roachpruf - available from the hardware store - it's boric acid & man it really really works, will kill & keep them gone - put only where babies/pets can't get at it.

4. Keep dishes, silverware, glasses in fridge for now. That way you don't have to wash them before you use them.

HI
auctually the roaches have a nest probally in the walls
I have been though this
what you need to do is cover all your things and by an indoor fogger open all cabnets and shelves make sure all windows and doors stay shut for the time it says on the fogger can
then when it is time to reenter the house clean up the dead raoches then get the roach defence systym made by combat it is a gold box starts to work in 12 hours lay them everywhere
roaches like to go you will see you will be rid of them also after 2 months buy another combat gold and lay it down again this should take care of your problem i live in hawaii we have a warm climent we battle them all the time house clean or dirty they come but i have done these things i have not had a roach in 2 years
good luck

If you can't afford an exterminator (Terminix actually garantees their work) go to home depot and get chemicals according to what you have (If it's termines you need a proffesional) Also get rid of things you don't need (Yes roaches love paper) so throw away old bills and junk, Don't leave food outside ever (That includes the dog bowl) Wipe dry your kitchen sink when not in use and don't forget your attic when spraying because most bugs like it there. Good luck!

Use bug bombs and roach motels. Get rid of paper and cardboard where ever possible. Eliminate warm, dark, damp places. Spray. Scrubbing walls ain't gonna do ya a lick of good, unless you're going back to the frame (i.e. you remove all of the drywall and insulation the bugs can nest in).

Best bet is to move out>Or tell owner to fix it > As there in all your stuff know>Set off bug bombs in every room> Spray all floor bases> every where you can get> Keep spraying till there gone> Also spray the outside of the house unless snowing> Attic> Basement> No pets or kids on floor till cleaned>After spraying>

You need to bleach water everything. You can use with distilled Vingar as well. Then you need to bomb the place, but your best bet to cured them for good is get an exterminator out there. Other wise you will continue to have the problem for months and months to come. To keep your food out of there way you have seal everything in containers otherwise they will be in everything. It is something that you will have to keep on top of for months to come to completly get rid of. If you can find the source, or where they are coming from you can try to kill them with insect killers.

Have a professional exterminator come in and do a complete service of your house. It will be well worth the money. You will spend much more and not have the success with "do it yourself" remedies.

If the problem is that severe, you need to get it bombed. Call an exterminator asap!
