My sister Lacey is due to have twins any time around Christmas day. A girl and a boy. She is so excited about it. She wants to name her children Nouvel (No- vel, like Noel with a V) and Harvard. What do you think of the names? Lacey is a single mom and she wants some opinions.

I don't really like either of them. I'm sorry, just my opinion.
how about these names, not that they go together, I'm just giving you the male and female version of some of them.

Natalie, Natalia
Christian, Christina, Christiana
Xzavier

No. Harvard is a school, not a first name. Nouvel sort of sounds like the French word for new- not good for a first name.
She should choose traditional names, her children will thank her someday.

My truthful opinion: I don't like either.
But I do like sara.buc's suggestion above me. Harvey and Noelle are both nice names and sound very similar to the ones your sis likes.
