Yes, orgasms can lead to labor. its due to the contractions that are caused in the uterus at the point of orgasm. It can "kick in" the natural labor process. Also, sperm has a natural cervix softener.
It could just be heavy discharge or it could be that you have a "leak".
Clean up and wait. If you get another gush that soaks your pants (as if you have gone pee) then you have a leak. Call L&D. If you have little or no more wetness, then it was probably just heavy, wattery discharge which is normal in late pregnancy.

You should call your doctor immediately if you suspect your water has broken, but just so you know, urine and your "waters" have very different smells. Urine smells like urine, and your "waters" will have a sweet smell. Sounds weird, but take a whif of those boxers and you'll know what it is. If it was urine, don't be embarrassed, it's completely normal for pregnant women to "lose control" and even more normal for them to think that it was their water breaking.

It could be your orgasms, it could be your own urine or it could be your water broke.
When your water breaks it should be clear, or with some slight pink tinge. Odorless.
Go to the bathroom, empty your bladder, then Lay down and rest, with clean panties on. if when you get up if you soak your panties again, call your doctor and tell him what you told us, and what you have done, He will probably want you to come in and get checked.
Good Luck.

There are several things to pay attention to. Color, odor, and time are important. You'll usually know if it is your water if you walk and it doesn't stop. It should not have a foul smell and should be clear or maybe a little blood tinge but not brown. If you even think it is your water I would not hesitate to call a doc. The odor should not be foul smelling.

It could be.
People's water's break in different ways.
One of my friends water's broke in a huge gush, while she was driving!
And my other friend, her waters broke gradually over the space of a week i.e dripping bits of water and some clear "jelly" stuff (sorry, never been pregnant, don't know the technical term!) daily.
Call your doctor or midwife,he/she should be able to tell you whats happening.

It sounds like it... how far along are you?
I would defiantly suggest calling your doctor and explaining the situation, they will probably have you come in so they can check for themselves whether or not it was the water. Even if not, better safe than sorry, especially if it was...
