i tried to put new songs on my ipod and itunes wont respond to my ipod when its plugged in. it starts charging but it doesnt update it. i tried it on other computers and it didnt work. and i tried another ipod with the same computer and it worked fine. its a 4 gb ipod nano and it worked fine last week. please help!! thanks

If it will pull up your ipod but not put songs on it try restoring your ipod system software to the original version. My 30 gig was doing that a long time ago and this is what I did. If that does not work I do not know

reset the ipod. flip the lock switch back and forth a few times, then simultaneously hold down the center button and menu button. The ipod will reboot. reboot your computer. try again.
