Not exactly a wrestling-related Q, but....
...Randy Moss has always been better. Randy Moss even looks better than T.O. because Tom Brady can throw better than Tony Romo, but overall Moss is better than Terrell Owens. There is no contest really.

t.o. Is better cuz he has better hands and Is stronger and can run the ball up the middle moss can only run on the sides and never runs up the middle and the only reason randy moss has tom brady throwing his catches to has tony romo is t.o had peyton manning as his quarter back t.o would never drop a pass

Randy Moss mostly because he plays for a better team. He has great talent around him and always tries to make big plays. He is also very versatile, because one game he'll catch 9 balls for 134 yards and a couple TD's and the next game he'll catch 3 balls for 24 yards but make key blocks or will attract extra attention.. Thats why Moss is my vote

I think Randy Moss. He's more agile and better equip with getting and "HOLDING ONTO" the ball.
However, T.O. is faster on outbreaks. Too bad he drops ALOT.
