I did and now I regret it because it still did not get her back with me. Tomorrow is her birthday and I am contemplating on whether or not to overnite her anything.

I did the exact same thing yesterday. I think that she liked the Christmas present, but I'm just going to wait and see what happens. I feel you though.

Yes I have and still do, but only as a friend. Chances are, getting her a gift will not win her back anyway (especially since you day it didn't do much good) so getting her a birthday gift is kind of pointless. It's hard to say without knowing the whole situation.
If you guys are on friendly/flirty terms, then just call her and wish her a happy birthday.

are you the sweetheart or the receiver? i think of its great to magnificent to have a lover that gets you this style of effective present. I say keep it coming, with any luck he will develop right into a husband and not in basic terms a lover somday quickly!
