2 What reasons can you see for having Federal judges appointed for life? - Less affected by politics. Once appointed the judge does not need to appease his appointer

4 When the Supreme Court rules a law unconstitutional, but the majority of the people believe the law is a good one, what action can be taken? - The constitution can be amended or the law could be re-written to correct the issues.
