I bet any situation where there is a man and woman, it's the woman who cleans it.. and probably most other rooms as well

You got that right! ME, the woman. My cats are useless when it comes to housework and my husband must be blind to the color of dirt. Doesn't matter that I work at least 40 hours a week. I cook the meals, clean up after, take care of the cats, the bird, the dusting, the laundry (not his, he does his own) make sure the house is tidy, vaccuum, gosh I'm tired thinking about it... I also do all the gardening except for digging big holes for new plants and mowing the lawn. We have a lot of lawn, but I take care of it's needs. I also take care of the finances. he takes out the trash though and puts up the icicle lights at Christmas, but the other 5,000 lights are my job. He says shoveling snow is for the birds and may not do it again... I did it once, but only because I knew he'd never get into the driveway if I didn't. It was good excercise and I really didn't have anything else to do, except for the above! LOL!

I do the cleaning on the whole house. I am a clean freak so I don't mind cleaning it and if you keep up with the cleaning....its not so bad when you have to do it again!

I clean my own bathroom and my mom cleans the other three in our house. My dad only does it if my mom tells him to and my brother never does.

I clean my bathroom and hubby and son clean their bathroom. The rest of the house we split.

Just myself and 3 children and a dog so its just me who picks up cleans everything that is not nailed down and saying that even if it is nailed down i still have to clean it

I clean the whole house, do laundry and dishes. Doesn't bother me though. I don't think he should have to do it. He keeps up with the yard. He offers to help, but I always tell him just to go sit down and relax.

I do, although my son helps me sometimes. My husband refuses to clean the bathroom, or any other room. I swear, he thinks I am a maid instead of his wife. He doesnt pick up after himself any!!!!! Ive tried talking to him about it, but it doesnt do any good.
