Nope. USA Today Tomorrow is USA Yesterday.
The real question is this:
In two days, what will tomorrow's paper be?
USA Today Tomorrow yesterday?

Yeah because USA Today is the title. Also tommorow with be that day's today. And it would still be USA Today unless the publication changes it's name, so regardless it would remain USA Today.

Well ... once they print it, it is today. But if it's the next day, then it wouldn't be. However, since it was already printed yesterday with the current title "USA Today", then it can't be removed ... unless you gently erase "Today" and write in "Tomorrow", thus you and only you would have the "USA Tomorrow" edition, but it would still be technically the "USA Today" edition. Yay! :)

Yes, because USA Today is the proper name today, tomorrow, yesterday, and next week.

It's the name of the paper regardless of when you buy it.
Can you go to TGI Friday's on a Monday?

Yes and you can't get one tangibly until it is 'today' anyway, more importantly, I have one I bought yesterday lying around...what is that?
