Lets be real, unless your like 4 years old and dont know any better, YOU DONT BELIEVE. How do i know??? Well lets see, why waist your time asking mommy and daddy what you want, when you already sent a letter to Santa in the mail (knowing it will come back stamped "return to sender"). Why go shopping for all your friends and family? Santa could simply give them everything, RIGHT?? And why do bad things through out the year when you know Santa only gives gifts to "good little boys and girls"???? So all your pretenders, just shut up, and dont say you believe in something when you really dont.
I do understand that some people like to get in the holiday spirit by doing "Santa" things, like writing letters, and trying to believe. But lets be real after X-mas you dont even care!! But your probably thinking why care after Christmas...
Just for the note, im not a Scrooge, I love this time of the year, I just hate fake people.

Watch The Christmas that Almost Wasn't with "Heat Miser" and "Cold Miser." Santa and Ignatius Thistlewhite's parents sing a song called, "I Believe in Santa Claus" which analogizes Santa to love. In that sense, yes I do. Do I believe a real magical being who has been alive for hundreds of years lives at the north pole and has elves make gifts for people (massively violating copyrights and trademarks in the process, and pawning off counterfeit goods as his own)? No.

Do I believe in an obese guy who lives at the North Pole and brings presents every Dec 24? - No, I don't

Do I believe in the spirit of giving anonymously as a way of reminding my children/grandchildren of the great gift mankind received ? Yes, I do.

The Statler Brothers had a song on one of their Christmas Albums titled "I believe in Santa's Cause" and I guess that expresses my feelings on the subject.

Well, I believe that there was a Bishop of Myra named Nicholas, who lived in the 4th century (A.D., of course) and got into a fistfight with Arius (or one of Arius' disciples) at the Council of Nicea in 325. So maybe Unitarians have mixed feelings about teaching their children to believe in Santa Claus.

I believe in Santa and the spirit of kindness he represents. Have you forgotten so much that you have become a scrooge?

No No No, you don't understand. I am Santa and so are you. Santa does live in all of us as all of us live in Santa. Santa is like a wish or a dream that comes true. Santa is that feeling of joy and hope. Remember YOU and I are Santa.
