I have never had a bad experience at the bank, but I think I have only ever been inside one WaMu bank, I do everything online.
If you want to complain call the customer service # 1800-788-7000, ask for a supervisor so that you can do a feedbank on a branch. They will be more than happy to help you.

I have several accounts at WAMU. They are free, but you get what you pay for.
