Evolution is a crock of walrus poo. God made man in his own image, not monkeys.

Evolution is ONLY a theory. I has never been proven, but many scientist, media and other sheep (like most of you) believe b/c they don't want an ridicule. Fact is, it cannot be proven, has NEVER been proven and will never be proven. God is a FACT, Jesus is a FACT and that leaves you all..where??? When you're on your death bed ask yourselves if evolution is important or if God is important...I think you'll know the answer at that point..but in most cases it will be too late!!!

God made man in his SPIRITUAL image, and in HIS ability to REASON! I believe that God created man, but I believe, after using common sense and some research, that elements of evolution are factual. Survival of the fittest is very rational and easy to back up. The fossil record bears witness to evolution in species, maybe not exactly as Darwin proclaimed, but it is there nonetheless.

Evolution is not a spiritual dogma. It is an everchanging an growing theory. I suggest you also look at your own beliefs. The Church (minus those who believe solely in the Bible as literalists) has grown using scientific beliefs, archaeology, and history to prove many areas of the Bible. The Bible in my belief is complete moral TRUTH. However, most mature Christians believe that the Bible is a work of inspired literature that combines historical truth, allegory, parable, and even entertainment. It provides us Moral Truth, not always literal truth.

God gave us the ability to reason. It is what seperates us from animals, along with our immortal soul. Jesus made people think as well. HE never told anyone they would go to Hell for denying the literal nature of the old Testament. Jesus spoke in parables too! HE, by HIS very Nature, gave us the key to understanding the method by which the Bible was written. A parable, metaphor, allegory, etc is the same written or spoken.

Good luck!

The subtle thing about Evolution is that it makes God out to be a cruel incompetent moron, since he could not MAKE stuff right, millions had to die etc. till chance got it right.
Few seem to know that Darwin asked all his friends to his house where they were addressed by an Evangelical preacher, and he labeled Evolution the musings of an ill informed man.
The meetings were arranged by the Countess of Huntingdon.

Yes, God created every species just as it is now. Like those bacteria that adapt and resist antibiotics -- God really created those 6,000 years ago, and they've just been hiding all this time.

Scientists should just quit, in fact. Everything we need to know about biology and physics are in the Bible, but only the King James version.

It seems to me the religious element in this occludes good science. The so-called scientist are preoccupied with proving the religionists wrong and the religionists believe they know what happened and so are not open to anything else. Seems to me... we need some bright young peeps to take a fresh look at this whole mess and see what we can learn. i don't think we are even close to being off first base on this.

You don't have to agree with every evolutionary find.

But evolution has contributed to a significant amount in zoology and medicine.

And there is independent studies all over the world, including countries that have minimal Christians and little interest in proving or disproving anything from there.

Leave science to the experts, and they'll leave ranting to you

How can anyone deny scientific proof of evolution and choose to "believe" in an ancient "story" about a invisible man in the sky that will send you to hell if you don't believe? We all came from the same place and we will all return to the same place, no matter what you "believe" while you are here!!!

Tee hee hee. Yeah. Electricity is a theory, too. Wet your thumb and stick in a hot light socket. Jaysussah won't stop you from flying to the other end of the room with your hair smoking. Intelligent design. Show me the intelligence first.

You make a really compelling argument. I never thought of it that way. What are those rational scientists thinking?!?

there is no such thing as a god, heavan or hell. I believe christians need to believe in it and the bibles word because they either don't want to or can't realize that they control their own lives and and the good and bad that happens around them.....man is not god's greates creation, but god is man's greatest creation...
may science be with you. LOGIC/
