"If it keeps Leaking it's Not Fine!" If you move the Line by Hand (Shake To Emulate Motion when Driving) Does it Hit anything? May be Rubbing A Whole in it? Bad Return Line Building up to much Pressure, Clogged Line? Bad Power Steering Pump, is the Fluid Clear or Dark and Gritty Feeling?

Up in the very cold north, we have found cold starting to make the pressure hoses blow.

We build a new hose from a two nylon braid hydraulic hose and use compression type fittings to clamp it on to the original pipes.
This is usually cheaper and capable of much higher pressures.

And we also use low temp hydraulic oil, rather than trans fluid for oil.

Check to see if the hose is rubbing somewhere. If it's leaking in the same spot, that about has to be the problem.

Hope that helps!

first make sure ther is no chaff marks on the liine.....were its been rubbing on something.....secound check to ensure that u r use the proper fluid.....some fluids r not compatable with some line/systems...same with the hose....if that dose not help.....i would ask what was the quality of the hose...

one more thought....if its the connector, u might need to replace the other one.....if its not the hose its self

You need to see if it rubs or chaffs together at any point of travel (full left turn to full right turn). That is probably what is causing the leak.

Power steering pumps have a pressure relief valve which opens when a certain pressure is reached. Yours might be stuck or dirty. I don't know if you can take it out and clean it, but that's what I would try.
