the obvious thing to do would be to talk to an attorney.

Most, if not all countries, accept as valid and binding, a marriage performed in another country. If this was not the case you could go round the world and find a partner in every country without committing bigamy. My wedding to my Thai wife, conducted in the local city hall, is valid anywhere I go. As to divorce, maybe you will have to return to Greece for that. Instead of paying out to see a lawyer talk to the Greek Embassy.

If you're in the European Community it is valid. You need to get a lawyer for a divorce in any case. Also you need a court translator to do a certified translation of your Greek certificate.

If you have some sort of marriage certificate its a legal marriage. In order to not be married you will have to get divorced or get it annulled. Hopefully, the two of you can work this out! Try counseling or give it a little time! Good luck!

If the certificate is signed and the marriage was authorized by someone who is allowed to perform the ceremony, then you are legally married

How can you change your mind in 6 mnths???? Talk to the advisor at your wedding and ask if it is a valid certificate in the rest of the world, if not talk to a solicitor to find out where you stand.

When you married in Greece, did you need doccuments from your own country, like evidence that you were single? If not then I guess you are free to marry in your country. But check with your registry office and speak to citizens advice.

If it was a legal marriage and it doesn't matter what country you were married in and now living in. Moving to a different country doesn't invalidate the marriage.

No, you can't do that. Married legally anywhere is married here. You need to speak to an attorney. He/she will let you know what you need to do.
