It sounds a lot like Stone Cold & would be hard to pinpoint bcz he said that all the time lol !!
A guess says it was on Raw the night after he won the WWF title at W/mania XIV against HBK.He was in-ring with Vince who had told him he'd have to behave now he was WWF champion.

i think it is big show i know he is not in wwe now but when he won the ecw title said i am the only one who has won the ecw wcw and wwe titles
