I've seen them in the malls but I've never really bothered to go in them, they seem all dark whenever I sneak a peek into them. I'm just wondering what type of stuff they sell in there.

It's pretty much that, though it follows the trends. It used to seem really underground, but now it has a lot more mainstream stuff. Much more "scene" nowadays.

Hey. Hot Topic is a chain of stores that sell goth, punk, and emo clothes. Some stuff is actually pretty cute. They have awesome graphic tees. You should check it out to fully get the vibe. Hope I helped.

Somewhat, but they do have some really cool things. I am a 37 year old mom and when I take my 8yr old in there, people look at me strange, as if I care. But they have some of the vintage tees and some of the 70's toys, like care bears and strawberry shortcake, etc. Lots of nostalgic items, basically a pretty cool store and I am by far any "gothic" individual.

Yeah it is what u might call a "goth" store. But I am not goth and I love hot topic. They carry a lot of cartoon character t-shirts and merchandise and band merhcandise.
By the way, this "Emo" term kids have come up with is retarded.

Mostly. It sells punk, goth, emo, rock stuff. And just stuff out of the ordinary, like skulls earrings, piercings, pants with chains on them. etc. :)

Ya, a lot of goths and emos go in there. It's a cool store. They don't just have goth stuff. They have cute clothes.

yes hot topic has a lot of stuff and it's in valdosta and it has goth bracelets and necklaces and little plush toys like Jack from The nightmare before christmas

The first time my kids took me into Hot Topic, I was scared to death at some of the stuff. It look like Satan's workshop! Later, I went back in and realized that there are alot of video game t-shirts, bookbags, and stuff worth looking at. It's the store windows and displays that freak you out.
