Not in an easy way that I know of. I think the best thing to do would be to contact the person who posted the video and request a copy of the video from them.

Hi, to get it saved if your using Firefox then you can add on an extension called unplug at this link:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox...
then you click the unplug symbol when you are by that site with the video and you save it, it will be saved as a flash so then you convert it to avi with flv converter from download.com at this link:
