im an 19 year old farther and my gf had agreed to want another baby she had agreed to it but my mtoher is agianced it sometime i dont know wat to do my one daugher is six months old and she thinks i will be unfit but her and i agreed to another baby.

Are you and your gf living with your mother? Is she the one supporting your family? If so, take her advise and wait. You are very young to even have one child, and from the spelling, still in need of some schooling. If you and your gf are on your own, you can have another child if the both of you think it is the right time to do so. But my advise: don't rush it. Babies are great, but they do grow up, and are not so cute anymore. Try remembering how you were at age ten, twelve, fifteen, and put yourself into your parents shoes. Not so appealing when you think about it. I am all for kids. Heck, I have one of my own and I wouldn't trade her for anything. But I wasn't 19 when I had her. Just give it some time.

I am so tired of people saying you are too young too be responsible. I am 15 and have a 3 month old and I am married to a 19 year old. We are happy and verrrryyyy responsible. He works and I stay at home with the baby and homeschool. I am about to get my ged and go to college. We are doing just fine and are wanting another baby in about 5 years or when im though with college. So there.

I have 2 that are 19 months apart and it is like having twins, I have 2 of everything. I dont get to enjoy my 2 year old as much as I would like. Also your first kid can be so great and never cry and not have any problems but the second is always the opposite!

First off, YOU ARE TOO YOUNG. 2nd, talking 2nd baby after just 6 months? are you nuts? GOOD GOD. If you have a 2nd this close, you will go nuts. enjoy this baby and WORRY about a 2nd later. 3rd, how about getting married. Do you want to explain this to your child when she gets older? I don't think so. Get it done and make YOUR CHILDS life a whole lot better. As for your mother, she's against is PROBABLY because she's having to take care of them? Babysitting? Daycare? Am I far off? that's where she is coming from. The watchword is WAIT.

I don't think now is the best time to have another, enjoy having only one child that you can spoil for a little while, why not try for another in 6months to a year so that way your daughter will be able to enjoy mommy being pregnant and meeting her new sibling. Also, it's not your mother's decision, it's yours and your girlfriends, you're adults, you're parents, you no longer have to cater to your parents wishes.

I had my first when I was 15 now im 20 and im having my second baby as long as yall can afford another baby I dont see why not it is your choice not hers

Get married first, and get settled down. When your baby is older and you can actually afford another child, then consider it. It may not seem like it now since she's so young, but kids are really expensive! Just be patient.

If you are supporting for you and your gf on your own then go for it. i am 19 also and i have 16 month old son and am currently 2 months pregnant, if you can financially support them then why not?
