Wow, it's no wonder kids are getting into trouble on myspace and ending up on the news all the time... even when the parents and teachers try to protect them, they come and ask how to get around it.

I understand you're probably bored at school. Heck, I get bored at work (that's why I'm here now.). But those blocks are there for a reason, to protect you and make sure you focus on learning. Not to mention, if you somehow got into trouble on myspace (or even if your parents found out and just got mad), the school could be in big trouble because they are liable while you use their computers. So be responsible and wait until you get home.

All schools block myspace. The school feels (and rightly so) that you are there to learn, not to play on the internet. That's why they go to the trouble and expense of building programs that block certain web sites, such as myspace. Most systems that have blocking programs, also have programs that tell them exactly which console/computer is trying to bypass and record the exact time of the infraction, therefore, if you pursue this, you will be caught and more than likely punished, as well you should!

Circumventing Internet access control systems with web proxies to access unauthorized web sites is a violation of school computer usage policy. You will get suspended and/or banned from using school computers when you get caught. Use school computers for school work, and myspace can wait until you get home. Do you really want your teachers and school administrators knowing what you are posting on myspace anyways?

A whole lot easier then you can get into Myspace from a prison cell. Hacking through a firewall (by proxie servers, etc) is a crime. You can be fined or jailed for doing it. Not to mention suspended.

Do your Internet surfing at home, not school.

You can't, most schools use proxy servers to prevent students from going to unapproved sites, as Myspace is a controversial site most schools block it.

There is not much what you can do if the connection is via a central server and the firewall of that server does not permit you acces...the best method would be to infect the server with remote control virus and remove the prohibiting rule from the firewall

Unless you are an experienced hacker, your best bet would be to just use your cell phone if you have those capabilities. Or you can borrow a friends if you are that desperate

You're at scool to learn, not to play on the net. You're going to get caught and get into trouble.
