iT'S PERFECTLY FiNE. iT'LL JUST BE A LITTLE GROSS. BUT iT'S NORMAL AND iF YOU USE PROTECTiON THERES NO WAY THE GUY WOULD GET iN CONTACT WiTH THE BLOOD. BUT EiTHER WAY iTS PERFECTLY FiNE.

Some guys really like it because of the warmer feeling. Just stay clean, keep down risk of infection.
