caught a real stinky one, I mean a prize winner would you take them home or do you like catch and release.

heck no! don't take them home with you. If you ever feed one then they wont go away!

It depends on what the Fish , game and wildlife regulations are. You'd be able to tell if it were a native bum or not by the notch in his fin when he was released by the hatchery. So in that case you have to set him free. but if he is within the required length limit it's okay. They can be smoked or pickled .
