When I was a kid I'd always build a monster sized snow fort from the mound of snow the snowplow would leave at my Grandma's condo area. Ohh the fun old times when the snow was fun.

Oh yeah! My brothers and I would spend all day building snow forts. If it stayed cold enough, they would last a good while. We never tore them up while playing, took too long to rebuild!! What fun!!

More like a snow tunnel we were not that talented! But it was a joyful time. Momma would bring in hot cocoa with a candy cane inside. She was so special! Thank God for the memories! Looks like we have a troll giving thumbs down to everyone I hope someone kicks him in the you know!

when me and my brothers were little we did. We started our fort/cave from the snow that was plowed into a corner in our yard.........it was cool because it was piled pretty high sometimes, easy too because that gave us our foundation.
I remember playing outside in the snow till almost everything on me was wet. We'd stay out there for hours at a time too.
Being a kid most of the times was pretty damn great!

Yes, and we were smart enough to tunnel in a huge parking lot snowbank with about 7 feet of snow over our heads. That way if the tunnel collapsed we could encase ourselves in an icy tomb until the spring thaw.

Yeah I remember doing that. Some friends and I created one with tunnels, rooms and towers. There was a lot of snow fall that year. Good time.

yes, but it was mostly my brothers. That's where I got attacked by a snowball with a chunk of ice in it. I was bleeding, only 5 years old and my older brother "took care of that kid for me". That was 39 years ago next week!
