Mainly, because it's more attractive to the opposite sex to be like, "let's go to the condo" instead of "hey, let's go to the Motel 6 baby!" ya know?

My aunt rents condos in the South Beach area. We're leaving the 26th of Dec and coming back on the 4th of Jan. She's giving us the condo for free, but we have only until the 30th to use it because a family from Canada is going to rent it. I could help you out if you want, she's into Real Estate buisness, and I'm sure she has some buddies that rent condos as well.
