it is at the top of lost tower where two ladies are. one will give you strength and the other an item that prevents wild pokemon battles..(i think it was a cleanse tag)
it is good experience for your pokemon like the other guy said. strength allows you to push heavy boulders around after you teach a pokemon it. :)

Yes it is. On the 5th floor (the top) of the tower, there are two old ladies. One will give you an accessory to avoid Pokemon battles, the other gives you Strength. You have to talk to them though, they won't come to you.

yea but it would be a long way if ur pokemon arent ready yet

no it is not in the lost tower, go look on google for a walkthrough, i forgot where it was
