Lay down in my bedroom, in the quiet, and pull up the covers. I lie there until my mind quiets down... no distractions, no phone, no noise...

A simple, fresh, nice warm bath would do the trick! http://www.sfbsc.com/the-perfect-bath Just relaxing and not thinking of negative things, especially those that can cause more stress. Listening and singing along to your favorite song can also be therapeutic. I also turn to my favorite hobby or any fun activity just to clear my mind of stressful thoughts.

Come home, change into some jeans. Maybe grab a beer or just a Propel.Kick back at the computer and check my email, listen to music, and chill!!!Reading is good too, if I am not too tired.
Laughing with someone is a really good solution.!

I used to play Video Games to ease off my stress, but now I don't play them anymore. Instead of that I train at the Gym and I train Karate. Exercise is the greatest stress and negative energy killer if you ask me

Go to the gym and get an intense workout, sit in the steam room for 15 minutes, then take a hot shower.

Take a drive somewhere alone (no traffic is also essential) with my favorite music turned up. Sounds a little cliche probably but helps me to clear my head:)

Face whatever it is that's causing my stress and handlei t up front. I've found it's easier to handle the stress and work through it than to find ways to escape....

Keep my mind busy and if possible keep my body busy too. Like working in the yard, playing around on the computer, doing artwork are whatever hobbies you enjoy

Sex. Helps me to release all that pent-up energy. About 10 minutes after it is over, if what I was stressed about is still bothering me, well then I just roll back over to my man and get round 2 started!
