Kokomo Academy is supposed to be a treatment facility for troubled youth. My son, eleven yrs. old, was sent there but I have no direct information on the history of abuse, neglect, or any other negative issues that have occurred there in the past or present. I read that there have been molestation and beatings reported by an employee of Kokomo who is currently employed there. I need to know that my son is safe and not in harms way. It was also said activity has been done out of the sight of surveilance cameras, reported by the employee.

I live 30 miles from KOKOMO, and I've never heard anything like that about the academy!! And, that would make the news real quick!! Another good place is Whites Residentual Services, near Wabash,In. They have a really good reputation, and I know a couple of the guys who r counslors there!! Good luck with your son, and I comend you for loving him enough to do something about it. I hope this helps!!
