Stop watching TV, read some informative books on history, geography, science etc. This will keep your mind on other things, and you will have no time to think about sex. Get involved also in sports, and other constructive activites. Find a hobby. Immerse yourself in your studies, I think this would help as well.

Sexual thoughts are your bodies way of telling/reminding you to have sex. It is a part of nature that all living things should reproduce. The only way I know to reduce sexual thoughts, is to have lots sex. After relieving the sexual tension your body will relax and stop thinking about it until it is ready for more sex.

Think about your grandparents having an intimate moment in the shower only to hear your grandpa say "oooh that's it baby!"

Nothing like a bad visual to do the cure..

There are programs you can sign up for, groups you can go to, people you can see. Go to the Yahoo home page, and under the search bar, type in: Sex Addict groups. and it should give u a few websites that will actually help!

Talk to a counselor at school about your feelings.

Be honest!
